Klaviyo email & SMS for Shopify brands · supplement, wellness & pet

Every agency wants a call. I want your brief.

Reorder Ink writes Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns and flows for Shopify brands. You fill in one written brief, comment on drafts in a Google Doc, and approve. Nothing to schedule, and every decision is in writing.

BFCM sprints booked by Fri, Oct 30 are final by Fri, Nov 20. Black Friday is Nov 27.

  • One written brief instead of a kickoff call
  • Drafts within 5 business days
  • 3 subject-line options for every email
  • Revisions back within 1 business day
  • Built in your Klaviyo, or paste-ready docs
  • Fixed price, paid securely through Stripe

The problem

Black Friday is Friday, Nov 27. Your emails probably aren't written yet.

42%

of total revenue for brands on Klaviyo came from email and SMS over Black Friday–Cyber Monday 2025.Source: Klaviyo BFCM 2025 newsroom.

It's the biggest sales week of the year, and for a lot of Shopify stores the emails are still a blank draft and a vague plan to "send something Friday." The usual options aren't great:

Do it yourself

At night, in between packing orders and running ads. You end up sending "25% off!" six times and hoping.

Hire an agency

Usually a monthly retainer, a kickoff call, a strategy call and a weekly check-in before anyone writes a word.

Hire a freelancer

Who starts with "let's hop on a quick discovery call."

You don't need another meeting. You need the emails written, in your voice, with the right offer, sent on the right days.

How it works

Entirely in writing, on purpose.

No calls, no video meetings, no "quick syncs." You give me a brief and feedback; I give you finished emails.

  1. Pick a package

Pay the deposit through secure Stripe checkout. It takes two minutes, and you go straight to the brief.

  2. Fill in one brief

About 15 minutes: offer, dates, products, voice, and anything off-limits. It replaces the "discovery call."

  3. Get drafts in a doc

Within 5 business days (by day 6 for flows). Every email has 3 subject-line options plus send and segment notes.

  4. Comment in the doc

Two revision rounds per email, each back within 1 business day. Written updates at least every 48 hours.

  5. Approve and send

I build approved emails in your Klaviyo, scheduled or ready to schedule. Or you get paste-ready copy.

Your calendar stays yours.Answer questions when it suits you, from your phone, between other things.
Everything's written down.Offers, dates and approvals live in one doc, so nothing gets lost after a call.
The hours go into your emails.Time I don't spend in meetings goes into writing and checking your copy.
Packages

Three packages. Fixed scope, fixed price.

Prices are per project. Pay 50% to start and 50% on delivery, or pay in full up front.

The red pen

Three popup mistakes I see on Shopify stores all the time.

These are common patterns, drawn as generic examples. They're not client work and not any particular brand. It's the kind of thing a free teardown of your store points out.

The discount code is printed on the thank-you screen

A code shown on screen can be shared with people who never joined, and it ends up on coupon sites. Send a unique code by email instead, so you actually get the subscriber and your Black Friday pricing stays yours.

The popup sends visitors somewhere else

An extra "shop on a marketplace" button sends people to a store where you never get their email. Keep the signup on your own site and give it one job.

The signup doesn't promise anything

"Join the club" with nothing attached doesn't give anyone a reason. Tie the form to something concrete, like a quiz result, dosing tips or early access, so it gets people to sign up.

Samples

Read the work before you pay for it.

Three complete sample campaigns written for two fictional brands: Kindlemoor (supplements) and Gravelpaw (dog chews). They're spec work, so there are no client results here, just the writing and the thinking behind it. Every email includes subject lines, preview text, body copy, CTA, Klaviyo trigger and timing notes, and layout notes.

Get a free teardown of your own emails.

Revisions & guarantee

What I promise (and what I won't).

Two revision rounds on every email

Comment in the doc and I'll send revisions within one business day.

The brief-match promise

If a first draft misses your brief (wrong offer, dates or products, or it doesn't sound like you), I'll rewrite it from scratch. That rewrite doesn't count as one of your revision rounds.

The low-risk start

Your 50% deposit is fully refundable until I deliver the first draft. Cancel any time before then and you get it all back.

What I won't promise

Specific revenue, open rates or click rates. Those depend on your list, offer, deliverability and products, and anyone who promises a number before seeing your account is guessing. What I can promise is careful, on-brief copy, delivered on the dates above.

Refund policy & timeline

Refund policy & timeline, in writing.

Refund policy

The 50% deposit holds your spot and covers strategy and the first drafts. You can get it back in full if you cancel before I deliver the first draft. Once drafts are delivered, each package includes two rounds of revisions. If the final copy still isn't right after those, I'll refund 50% of the remaining balance. I don't offer refunds based on email results, since sales also depend on your list, offer and send timing.

Flows timeline

The Core Flows Build takes 10 business days from when I receive your deposit and the brand questionnaire. Drafts arrive by day 6, you have 2 days to send revisions, and the final copy, ready to load into Klaviyo, arrives by day 10. Everything happens in writing, with no calls.

FAQ

Questions, answered in writing.

Something not covered? Email hello@reorderink.com. You'll get a written reply within 2 business hours on weekdays.

Do we need a call?

No, not at any point. Everything happens in writing: the brief, the drafts, your comments and approvals. Email me any question and I'll reply within 2 business hours (Mon–Fri, ET). If a walkthrough would help, I can send a short captioned screen recording showing how a sprint runs.

How do I ask questions before I buy?

Email hello@reorderink.com. You'll get a written answer within 2 business hours on weekdays. Or ask for a free teardown of your current emails first.

Have you worked with brands like ours?

Reorder Ink is a new business, so I don't have client results or testimonials to show you yet, and I won't invent any. Instead, read the three spec samples (written for fictional supplement and pet brands) and request a free teardown of your own emails. You'll see exactly how I think before you spend anything.

Do you need access to our Klaviyo account?

It's faster if I have it. Klaviyo lets you add a user with limited permissions, and you can remove them when we're done. If you'd rather not, I'll deliver paste-ready copy in Google Docs and your team builds it.

Do you design the emails?

I write the copy and build it in your existing Klaviyo template, with layout notes for each email (which image goes where, what sits above the fold). A brand-new template design isn't included.

We're not on Klaviyo. Can you still help?

Yes, for the writing. The copy works in any email platform; I'll deliver it in Google Docs. Building and scheduling is only included for Klaviyo.

How fast is it?

Drafts arrive within 5 business days of your brief for a BFCM sprint and by day 6 for a flows build (final by day 10). Revisions come back within 1 business day. To have BFCM emails final by Fri, Nov 20, book by Fri, Oct 30.

What do you need from us?

One written brief (about 15 minutes): your offer and dates, products to feature, brand voice, discount codes, exclusions and any rules you follow. Plus timely comments on the drafts.

Can you guarantee results?

No, and be wary of anyone who does before seeing your account. I guarantee the process: on-brief copy, two revision rounds and the delivery dates above.

We sell supplements. Is the copy compliant?

I write within structure/function language ("supports," "helps," "promotes"), add the FDA/DSHEA disclaimer where needed, and never write fake reviews, fake countdowns or made-up stock limits. The checklist I use is on page 24 of the samples PDF. I'm not a lawyer, so if you're in a regulated category, have your own counsel review final copy.

Do you write SMS?

Yes. SMS copy is written for profiles who've given SMS consent: your brand name first, opt-out language in every message, and send times that respect quiet hours. Your SMS platform does the sending.

Do you use AI?

Yes, as a tool: for research, organizing your brief and generating extra subject-line options to choose from. I write and edit every email myself and check each one against your brief before you see it.

Who owns the copy?

You do, once the project is paid in full.

What happens after the project?

Nothing, unless you want it to. If you'd like ongoing help, monthly plans start at $1,500/month, and I'll send the details in writing.

What's your refund policy?

Your deposit is fully refundable until I deliver the first draft. After drafts are delivered, each package includes two revision rounds; if the final copy still isn't right after those, I'll refund 50% of the remaining balance. No refunds based on email results.
